Integrating the app into our business has been one of the easiest transitions from paper-based to digital we have made. Being able to create forms our way has been a big part of the success we have had with meeting our compliance standards on a daily basis. From interviewing to training and daily observation checks, the app is one location all our management rely on each day. The app is set up for easy use and being able to have the flexibility to work off-line has made this a streamline process.

When we recently asked our team if they want to get rid of the app, the resounding response is '@$%! no. All users really like it and without realising it, are more accountability for the projects they are leading.

My battery usage data is a clear reflection of the reduced phone activity, highlighting how the app streamlines our processes effectively.

Before: No standards which was resulting in too many errors. The order outputs were very inconsistent and being delivered in all manner of formats. Email addresses were being typed incorrectly or just completely left out of the correspondence which required many phone calls to close the gaps. Reconciling the invoicing against the original order was extremely time consuming for our admin staff for all the above reasons.
After: Since implementing the app, we have experienced a complete transformation in our business operations. We now enjoy a standardised approach to Procurement, Compliance and Safety with further development of the app since inception.
